Nacho Manzano gas spent the past 30 years sourcing the best ingredients from across Spain for his world renowned restaurants, creating traditional, regional and authentic Spanish dishes for the menu.

He holds 2 Michelin stars for ‘Casa Marcial’, the restaurant he opened with his sisters in 1993 in their home town of La Salgar, Asturias, and another star for his ‘NM’ restaurant in Oviedo, the capital of Asturias.

Nacho opened his first UK restaurant ‘Ibérica’ in 2008 and now, with this range, he invites to discover and enjoy the vast gastronomy Spain has to offer at home.
